RESOLUTION NO. XX – 2022
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAST PALO ALTO
ADOPTING A TWO-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM UPDATE AND BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 AND 2023-2024
WHEREAS, adopting a Two-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) update will facilitate the construction of capital projects which advance the City’s General Plan Vista 2035 and City Council’s Strategic Goals; and
WHEREAS, the City’s existing Adopted Ten-Year Capital Improvement Program and Capital Budget was approved by City Council on September 15th 2020; and WHEREAS, projects in the two-year CIP update were reviewed and discussed at the March 16, 2022 Public Works Transportation Commission (PWTC) meeting, as well as the April 11, 2022 Planning Commission meeting for conformance with the General Plan goals and policies; and WHEREAS, on May 26, 2022, staff presented to the City Council a final draft of the Proposed Two-Year Capital Improvement Program update and Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 and 2023- 2024 for review and comment during a special session.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAST PALO ALTO HEREBY adopts the Two-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) update and Fiscal Year 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 Capital Budget, as set forth in Exhibit A to this Resolution, attached and incorporated by reference.
