ast Palo Alto Setting a Stipend for Members of th
Planning Commission and the Restrictions Thereon
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of East Palo Alto as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 9 of Ordinance No. 28-83, the City Cor members by est Planes otiss of $35 per meeting
2. stipend shall be limited to a maximum of two
meetings per month and shall be payable only if funds
therefor have been budgeted.
3. This resolution shall be effective upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 238 , creating the authority to
establish a stipend.

The foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on September 20, 1999, upon the following vote:
