RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAST PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL, INC.
IN A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $60,000
WHEREAS, the firm of Robert Half International, Inc., has provided talent solutions needed to support City administrative operations during FY 2021-2022 and FY 2022-2023; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue to obtain professional services from Robert Half International, Inc. for the City Manager’s Department for an estimated amount not to exceed $60,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAST PALO ALTO that it:
1. Ratifies previous purchases with Robert Half International, Inc. for temporary administrative support through July 8, 2022 in the amount not-to-exceed $60,000;
2. Waives formal bid procedures pursuant to East Palo Alto Municipal Code section
2.84.070(D)
