Tenant Leadership Development
Within 60 days of contract execution, YUCA’s Housing Organizer will convene an 8-member tenant advisory board of leaders in the community who will help guide the implementation of anti-displacement services.
Convene a minimum of 11 meetings where the board will receive updates, inform implementation, and strategize for sustainability.
Provide tenant education about housing laws and tenants' rights to at least 150 residents via one-on-one interactions at community fairs, door-todoor outreach, farmer’s market, and community events.

YUCA will work with CLSEPA to update/create, print, and disseminate educational literature. YUCA will create/update educational materials and literature, at minimum in English and Spanish, to disseminate during community-wide outreach efforts.
YUCA’s Housing Organizer will also design presentations and visuals tailored to specific objectives for trainings.
