NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the California Civil Code that the City of East Palo Alto (“City”) accepted as complete, on November 15, 2022, the 2021 Street Sweeping Project, CIP-SD-04 (Project). The Project consisted of the installation of street sweeping signage.
Construction work commenced in October 2021 and was substantially completed in summer 2022.
The fee owner of the Property is the City of East Palo Alto, located at 2415 University Avenue, East Palo Alto, California, 94303.
The Project was undertaken at the Property pursuant to a contract between the City and Chrisp Company, whose principal place of business is signage which provided for the labor and materials to be furnished for the Project.
The work included but is not limited to the installation of street sweeping signs in multiple locations around East Palo Alto, CA 94303. Said work and improvements were accepted as completed by the City Council of the City of East Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of November 2022. The Project was completed for the total construction contract amount of $123,904 (one hundred and twenty-three thousand, nine hundred and four dollars and zero cents).
