1. Commission Appointments
The following participants interviewed for the Planning Commission:
- Uriel Hernandez
- Gail Wilkerson
- Mildred McKean
- Iliana Nicholas (via Zoom)
- Javanni Brown-Austin
- Julian Sierra
The City Council appointed Uriel Hernandez for a regular full seat for the Planning Commission.
The appointment of the Planning Commission was continued to the 6/6 council meeting as a result of a tie vote between applicants Javanni Brown-Austin and Iliana Nicholas for the remaining two seats.
The following participants interviewed for the Public Works and Transportation Commission (PWTC) alternate Seat:

- Julian Sierra
Julian Sierra was initially selected to be on the PWTC but later elected to be on the Rent Stabilization board, as a result, Gail Wilkerson was selected to be the alternate on the PWTC.

The City Council appointed Katie Fantin, Goolrukh Adi Vakil, Julian Sierra for the full term regular Rent Stabilization Board seats.
2. Status Update on the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) Process and Results for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Sanitary Sewer Services Greg Henry provided a presentation regarding item 9.2.

Mayor Gauthier, Councilmember Romero, and Councilmember Abrica provided reports regarding activities and events occurring in the community.
