2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
City Council moved to transfer item 9.1 to be presented after item 7.1 in the agenda.
Motion to approve the agenda with the aforementioned changes was made by Mayor Lisa Gauthier and seconded by Carlos Romero.

1. FY 2023-24 Proposed Budget Session Hearing No. 2 (Continued) Planning Commission Seat and Term Assignments Clarification James Colin, City Clerk provided an update on the Planning Commission Seat and Term Assignments. The City Council voted to appoint Uriel Hernandez to the full regular term ending on 5/31/2026. Council also voted to appoint Javanni Brown-Austin to the 1 year partial term ending on 5/31/2024 and Iliana Nicholas to the alternate position ending on 5/31/2024.
10. COUNCIL REPORTS
Mayor Gauthier announced the Juneteenth event on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
