1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Lisa Gauthier at 6002 p. m.

2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Mayor Lisa Gauthier expressed interest in adding a public comment section after the approval of consent calendar to allow for a member of the public who did not receive a chance to speak at a previous meeting to provide a public comment.
The approval of the agenda was motioned by Councilmember Carlos Romero and seconded by Mayor Lisa Gauthier and was approved unanimously.
3. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR
Mayor Lisa Gauthier expressed interest in pulling item 3. 1 for discussion. + The approval of the consent calendar excluding item 3. 1 was motioned by Mayor Lisa Gauthier and seconded by Councilmember Carlos Romero and was approved unanimously.
1. 2023 TOT Recommendations
The approval of item 3. 1 was motioned by Councilmember Carlos Romero and seconded by Councilmember Ruben Abrica and was approved unanimously.
2. Police Patrol Vehicles
3. Approval of Classification and Compensation Schedules for New, Revised, Retitled, and Reclassified Positions
PUBLIC COMMENT
Sarjeet Singh provided a public comment to the City Council.
4. STUDY SESSION
1. TDM Program and RBD TDM/ TMA Study Session
Humza Javed, Public Works Director, Provided and Steve Raney, TDM Consultant provided a presentation on the Transportation Deman Management Program.
