1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 6:39 p.m. by Mayor Lorimore.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Dinco, Plott, Yow (via GoToWebinar), Mayor Pro Tem Rigby, and Mayor Lorimore
Absent:
City Staff
Present: City Attorney Vega, Co-Acting City Manager Donohue, Co-Acting City Manager Gibson-Williams (via GoToWebinar) were present at Roll Call. Other staff members were present and responded to questions.

Victor Gutierrez from Calvary Chapel offered the invocation.

Councilmember Plott led the Pledge of Allegiance.

City staff requested to pull Item 11.8 from the Consent Calendar and table it to a future meeting.
