1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Lorimore.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Dinco, Plott, Yow, Mayor Pro Tem Rigby, and Mayor Lorimore
Absent:
City Staff
Present: Acting City Manager Garcia, City Attorney Vega, and City Clerk/Communications Director Donohue were present at Roll Call. Other staff members were present.

Pastor Mark Lee from Vantage Point Church offered the invocation.

Councilmember Yow led the Pledge of Allegiance.

City staff requested to pull Item 11.9 from the Consent Calendar for a staff presentation.
