The regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Rigby.

Present: Councilmembers Dinco, Plott, Yow, Mayor Pro Tem Rigby, and Mayor Lorimore (via GoToWebinar).

Present: City Clerk Communications Director Donohue, City Attorney Vega, and Assistant City Clerk Cooper were present at Roll Call. Other staff members were present.
