5.1. Appointment of Interim City Manager and Approval of Employment Agreement

RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
It is recommended that the City Council adopt a resolution appointing Henry Garcia to serve as Interim City Manager commencing March 29, 2022, due to the resignation of the City Manager and approving an Interim City Manager Employment Agreement.
