CALL TO ORDER
The adjourned regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Lorimore.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Dinco, Plott, Mayor Pro Tem Rigby, and Mayor Lorimore.
Absent: Councilmember Yow.
City Staff
Present: Interim City Manager Garcia, City Attorney Vega, and City Clerk/Communications Director Donohue were present at Roll Call.

CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS
5.1 Approval of City Manager Employment Agreement & Appointment of New City Manager
City Attorney Vega summarized the staff report.
Mayor Lorimore opened the public comment period. Hearing no response, Mayor Lorimore closed the public comment period.
On motion of Mayor Pro Tem Rigby and second by Councilmember Dinco, the City Council voted unanimously by those present to approve the proposed Employment Agreement for the Position of City Manager between the City of Eastvale and Mark Orme, authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement, and appoint Mark Orme as the City Manager effective November 28, 2022.

At the conclusion of closed session, City Attorney Vega stated that there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Lorimore adjourned the meeting at 6:20 p.m. The next special meeting of the Eastvale City Council is scheduled for Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
