1. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Rigby.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Lorimore, McMinn, Plott, Mayor Pro Tem Dinco and Mayor Rigby.
Absent: None
City Staff
Present: City Manager Orme, City Attorney Vega, and City Clerk/Communications Director Donohue.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Pro Tem Dinco led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC COMMENT - None
STRATEGIC PLAN WORKSHOP
5.1 Strategic Plan Quarterly Update/Review Workshop
Management Analyst Vasquez presented a PowerPoint presentation and answered related questions.
Mayor Rigby opened the public comment period. Hearing no response, Mayor Rigby closed the public comment period.
There was discussion regarding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Eastvale.
There was discussion regarding the priority level goals.
There was consensus from the City Council to move Civic Center Financial Planning to a priority level one goal.
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Rigby adjourned the special meeting at 7:58 p.m.
