1. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Mayor Rigby.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Lorimore, McMinn, Plott, Mayor Pro Tem Dinco and Mayor Rigby.
Absent: None
City Staff
Present: City Manager Orme, City Attorney Vega, and City Assistant City Clerk Cooper were present at Roll Call. Other staff members were present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember McMinn led the Pledge of Allegiance.

At the conclusion of closed session, City Attorney Vega stated that there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Rigby adjourned the special meeting at 9:50 p.m.
