1. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Dinco.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Lorimore, Yow, Rigby, Mayor Pro Tem McMinn, and Mayor Dinco.
Absent:
City Staff
Present: City Manager Orme, City Attorney Vega, and Government Services Director/City Clerk Donohue were present at Roll Call. Other staff members were present.

CLOSED SESSION ITEM
4.1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54956.8) Property: Lots 14, 3, 5 and J, and a portion of Lot 2 of Tentative Tract Map 38290 Coproved by the Co euni on a y11, 2022. Agency errator: Gustav Gonzalezv negotiation: Price and terms of payment.
4.2 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54956.8) Property: APNs 144-080-010, 144-080-011. Agency negotiator: Jimmy Chung, Public Works Director/City Engineer. Negotiating parties: Trinidad Perez. Under negotiation:
Price and terms of payment.
At the end of closed session, City Attorney Vega stated that there was no reportable action.

5. CITY COUNCIL BSUINESS
5.1 Discussion to Appoint or Hold the General Municipal Election in District 2 and District 5 Mayor Dinco and Mayor Pro Tem McMinn recused themselves from hearing the item.
Government Services Director/City Clerk Donohue provided a verbal report and answered related questions.
Councilmember Lorimore opened the public comment period. Hearing no response, Councilmember Lorimore closed the public comment period.
On motion of Councilmember Rigby and second by Councilmember Lorimore, the City Council voted to:
1. Adopt Resolution 24-58, providing for the appointment to the Office of Councilmember representing District 2 and District 5 of the City of Eastvale that was to be elected on Tuesday, November 5, 2024; and
2. Directed the City Clerk to administer the Oath of Office to Mayor Dinco and Mayor Pro Tem McMinn.
Councilmember Yow voted in opposition.
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Dinco adjourned the special meeting at 7:08 P.M. The next regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council is scheduled for Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. : A. Donohue, MMC
