CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Dinco.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Lorimore, Yow, Rigby, Mayor Pro Tem McMinn, and Mayor Dinco.
Absent:
City Staff
Present: City Manager Orme, City Attorney Vega, and Government Services Director/City Clerk Donohue were present at Roll Call. Other staff members were present.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Rigby led the pledge of allegiance.

5. CLOSED SESSION ITEM
5.1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54956.8) Property: Lots 14, 3, 5 and J, and a portion of Lot 2 of Tentative Tract Map 38290 approved by the City Council on May 11, 2022. Agency negotiator: Gustavo Gonzalez, Community Development Director. Negotiating parties: Arroyo Cap III-2, LLC. Under negotiation: Price and terms of payment.

At the end of closed session, City Attorney Vega stated that there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Dinco adjourned the special meeting at 7:00 P.M. The next regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council is scheduled for Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 6:30 P.M.
