1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor McMinn.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Clint Lorimore, Todd Rigby, Mayor Pro Tem Jocelyn Yow, and Mayor Mike McMinn.
Absent: Councilmember Christian Dinco.
City Staff
Present: City Manager Mark Orme, City Attorney Erica Vega, and Government Services Director/City Clerk Marc Donohue were present at Roll Call. Other staff members were present.

11. CONSENT CALENDAR
On motion of Councilmember Rigby and second by Mayor McMinn, the City Council voted unanimously to approve the Consent Calendar.
11.1 City Council/Eastvale Parking Authority/Eastvale Public Financing Authority Meeting Minutes
The City Council approved the City Council/Eastvale Parking Authority/Eastvale Public Financing Authority meeting minutes from the regular meeting on March 26, 2025.
11.2 Professional Services Agreement with Kosmont Realty for Surplus Land Act (SLA) Due Diligence Services
The City Council authorized the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Kosmont Realty in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000.00 to provide the city with Surplus Land Act (SLA) due diligence services.
11.3 Adoption of the List of Prequalified Contractors to Bid on the Eastvale Civic Center Project
The City Council adopted the list of prequalified contractors to bid on the Eastvale Civic Center Project.
