1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor YOW.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Christian Dinco, Mike McMinn, Todd Rigby, Mayor Pro Tem Clint Lorimore, and Mayor Yow.
Absent:
City Staff
Present: City Manage Mark Orme, City Attorney Erica Vega, and Government Services Director/City Clerk Marc Donohue were present at Roll Call. Other staff members were present.

The proclamation was presented to Randa Fletcher.
8.4 Introduction of Senior Building Inspector - Mitchell Wirth Senior Building Inspector Mitchell Wirth was introduced.

Staff requested to pull item 11.8 from the agenda and push it to a future meeting.
On motion of Councilmember McMinn and second by Councilmember Rigby, the City Council voted unanimously by those present to approve the Consent Calendar items 11.1 - 11.7 and

11.7 Approval of Placer Geographical Information System Software Contract Amendment
The City Council authorized the City Manager to execute a contract amendment with Placer Labs, Inc.
11.9 Approval of Purchase Agreements for Promotional Items and Materials The City Council:
1. Approved Purchase Agreement for promotional items with Promotethis! to provide as-needed city-branded promotional items and materials, in an annual not-to-exceed amount of $35,000 for an initial three-year period, with two additional one-year renewal options.
2. Authorized the City Manager to execute the agreement.
