100. Plaza de Las Palmas Shopping Center Specific Plan Update
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council:
Opens the Public Hearing and receives testimony;1.
Closes the Public Hearing;2.
Moves to adopt the next Resolution, in order, approving the California Environmental Quality Act Exemption; and
3. Moves to adopt the next Resolution, in order, approving an Amendment to Specific Plan No. 32.
4. ADJOURNMENT: The Adjourned Regular Joint Meeting of the El Cajon City Council/El Cajon Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency held this 12th day of December 2023, is adjourned to Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.
