The El Centro City Council met in special session on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. in RDA Conference Room, Economic Development,1249 Main Avenue, El Centro.
PRESENT: Council: Garcia, Viegas-Walker, Oliva, Cardenas-Singh, Marroquin City Clerk Wyles, Interim City Manager Ceseña, City Attorney Martyn Evans PUBLIC COMMENTS:
None received.
CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
Moved by Marroquin, second by Viegas-Walker, to adjourn into closed session at 11:40 a.m. for:
EL CENTRO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER
Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 37606.1(b), for the purpose only of discussion and deliberation on reports involving trade secrets as defined in Civil Code Section 3426.1(d) which, if prematurely disclosed, would create the probability of depriving the hospital of a substantial economic benefit. There will be discussion of three (3) items: hospital service, hospital programs and hospital facilities.
