The El Centro City Council met in adjourned regular session on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in Conference Room A, 1275 Main Street, El Centro, California.

CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION
Moved by Carter, second by Cardenas-Singh, to adjourn into closed session for:
ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Council upon the advice of its legal counsel, and based upon existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant possibility of initiation of litigation against the City under Govt. Code Section 549569.9(d)(4).
Motion unanimously carried.

CITY ATTORNEY REPORTED ON CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney reported on closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to be discussed closed session meeting ended at 11:00 a.m. and adjourned to Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
