The El Centro City Council met in a special meeting on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, El Centro City Hall, 1275 Main Street, El Centro, California.

City Clerk Wyles, City Manager Ceseña, City Attorney Martyn Evans ABSENT: Council: Cardenas-Singh (arrived at 12:02 p.m.) Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America was led by Council Member Oliva.

1. Presentation by City Manager Cedric Ceseña, ratifying the Proclamation of Local Emergency issued by the Director of Emergency Services due to January 22, 2024 Rain Storm Event.
