The El Centro City Council met in a regular session on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 4:03 p.m. in Conference Room A, El Centro City Hall, 1275 W. Main Street, El Centro, California for the purpose of closed session.

Closed Session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54957(b) – City Manager CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS:
Closed Session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54957.6 – City designated representatives: Patrick Clark Consultant, Dulce Bedolla, Human Resource Director, negotiations with El Centro Police Officers Association regarding salaries, salary schedule or fringe benefits or any matter within the scope of representation.
Motion carried unanimously.

The El Centro City Council met in a regular session on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 6:10 p.m. in Council Chambers, El Centro City Hall, 1275 Main Street, El Centro, California.
PRESENT: Council: Crankshaw, Camarena, Carter, Ellett, Marroquin City Clerk Wyles, Interim City Manager Paramo, City Attorney Martyn Evans Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America was led by Council Member Marroquin and Invocation was given by Council Member Camarena.
CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION
No reportable action from closed session. Agenda items to be moved and one added to be added to agenda.
Motion by Marroquin, second by Carter to add item 2a – Presentation by Adriana Nava, Community Services Director and Carla Mason, Library Director, to agenda.
