This is a public meeting. Unless the Mayor extends the time, there is a three (3) minute time limit for each public presentation. If you wish to address the Council concerning any other matter not appearing on the agenda, you may do so during the public comment portion of the agenda. However, you may not show a visual presentation without review of that material. 2. Transportation Development Act Program - Claims filing for fiscal year 2024-2025.
3. 2nd Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 25-04, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO REVISING SECTIONS 18-149 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT THE VIOLATIONS OF THE CAMPING PROVISIONS OF THAT CODE MAY BE PROSECUTED AS MISDEMEANORS, waive reading and adopt by title only.
NEW BUSINESS:
4. Fiscal Year 2025-26 Proposed Budget.

Adopt Resolution No. 25- , RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EL CENTRO, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025 - 2026.
5. Approval of Asset Transfer Agreement by and Among the City of El Centro, El Centro Regional Medical Center and Imperial Valley Medical Center.

Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution No. 25- , APPROVING THE ASSET TRANSFER AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL CENTRO, EL CENTRO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER AND THE IMPERIAL VALLEY HEALTHCARE DISTRICT.
