Moved by Marroquin, second by Ellett, to adjourn into closed session for:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATIONS PURSUANT TO GOVT. CODE SECTION 54957.6 Agency designated representatives: Dulce Bedolla, Human Resource Director, Patrick Clark, Consultant Employee Organizations: All bargaining units regarding salaries and fringe benefits CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO GOVT. CODE SECTION 54956.9(d)(2):
Potential litigation against the city.
Motion carried unanimously.
