OPEN SESSION
The El Centro City Council met in a special session on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. in the El Centro Library, El Centro, California.
PRESENT: Council: Crankshaw, Camarena, Carter, Ellett, Marroquin City Clerk Wyles, City Manager Sawyer, City Attorney Martyn Evans Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America was led by Mayor Pro-Tem Ellett and Invocation was given by Pastor Markco King.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
No public comments were received.
SPECIAL PRESENTATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS BY MAYOR:
1. Performance by Visual and Performance Arts Team from Lincoln Elementary School.
2. Presentation of Colors by El Centro Police Department Honor Guard.
3. State of the Chamber Address was presented by Sher Cowie, Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce Board President.
4. State of the City was presented by Mayor Sonia Carter.
ADJOURNMENT
