Any member of the public is invited to submit public comments in advance of the meeting to be answered at the meeting. Any person wishing to address the City Council on any matter on this agenda is asked to complete a "Speaker Slip" and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. Unless the Mayor extends the time, there is a three-minute limit for each public comment. No comments on non-agenda items will be heard at this Special Meeting.
RECOGNITION TO OUTGOING MAYOR SONIA CARTER:
1. Presentation of Mayor's Plaque by Mayor Pro-Tem to outgoing Mayor Sonia Carter and recognizing her services as Mayor for 2025 - 2026.
2. Presentation of Album of Events by City Manager Robert Sawyer, to outgoing Mayor Carter, for her services as Mayor for 2025-2026.
3. Presentations to outgoing Mayor Sonia Carter.
4. Comments to outgoing Mayor Sonia Carter from City Council members.
