OPEN SESSION
The El Centro City Council met in a special meeting on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 5:37 p.m. in the El Centro Library, 1140 N. Imperial Avenue, El Centro, California.
PRESENT: Council: Carter, Camarena, Crankshaw, Ellett, Marroquin City Clerk Wyles, City Manager Sawyer, City Attorney Hoff Invocation was given by Council Member Ellett and Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America was led by Pastor King.

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Presentation of Mayor’s Plaque by Mayor Pro-Tem to outgoing Mayor Sonia Carter and recognizing her services as Mayor for 2025-2026.
2. Presentation of Album of the Year by City Manager Robert Sawyer, to outgoing Mayor Sonia Carter, for her services as Mayor for 2025-2026.
