2. Approval of the City Council meeting minutes of August 18, 2026.
3. Approval of the Police Station Project Budget Update – Change Order Nos. 23 and 24 and Continued Utilization of Approved Project Budget.
4. Approve the Request for Proposals for the Routine Security Guard Services for El Centro Public Facilities, as follow: El Centro Transfer Terminal, City Hall, Aquatic Center, Brett Driscoll Sidewinder Skate Park, Old Post Office Pavillion, Bucklin Park and authorize the Community Services Department to proceed with the bidding process.
5. Adoption of Resolution No. 26-87, RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL
