NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – EL CERRITO CITY COUNCIL
SAN PABLO AVENUE SPECIFIC PLAN UPDATE
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2022 – 7:00 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Cerrito City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:
Adoption of the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan update and corresponding entitlements, including the certification of a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report and corresponding Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and adoption of associated General Plan Amendment, and amendments to the Municipal Code and Zoning Map.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said hearing will be held on November 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., or thereafter in the City Council Chambers, located at El Cerrito City Hall, 10890 San Pablo Avenue and using the video conferencing platform Zoom.
If public health conditions do not allow for meeting in person, the meeting will be conducted by video conference only, in compliance with the Brown Act, as amended by Assembly Bill 361 (2021). Please refer to the meeting agenda to determine whether the meeting will be in person and by video conference or by video conference only. You can find the agenda at www.elcerrito.org/CouncilMeetingMaterials. It will also be posted at City Hall. The agenda will be available at least 72 hours before the meeting.
