LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-1 TUESDAY, MAY 2, 2023 – 6:00 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Cerrito City Council will conduct a public hearing on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment. A summary of the report was posted on the City’s Website at
https://elcerritoca.portal.civicclerk.com/event/507/files on April 18, 2023.
All interested persons are referred to this report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of the Assessment District, and the proposed assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the Assessment District.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said hearings will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., or thereafter in the City Council Chambers, located at El Cerrito City Hall, 10890 San Pablo Avenue and using the video conferencing platform Zoom.

1. A public hearing to consider revisions to the Master Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2023-24.
2. A public hearing to consider the computation of the Storm Drain Fee for each parcel of real property requiring storm drain services for FY 2023-24.
