MASTER FEE SCHEDULE AND
STORM DRAIN ASSESSMENT
TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2024 – 6:00 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Cerrito City Council will conduct the following public hearings on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 6:00 PM, or thereafter:
1. A public hearing to consider revisions to the Master Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2024-25.
2. A public hearing to consider the computation of the Storm Drain Fee for each parcel of real property requiring storm drain services for FY 2024-25.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said hearings will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., or thereafter in the City Council Chambers, located at El Cerrito City Hall, 10890 San Pablo Avenue. Additional information can be found in the meeting materials at www.el-cerrito.org/CouncilMeetingMaterials available at least 72 hours before the meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Cerrito City Council will conduct a public hearing on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment. A summary of the report was posted on the City’s Website at
https://elcerritoca.portal.civicclerk.com/event/531/files on May 7, 2024 All interested persons are referred to this report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of the Assessment District, and the proposed assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the Assessment District.
