NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – EL CERRITO CITY COUNCIL
TO DETERMINE EXISTENCE OF PUBLIC NUISANCE AND
ORDER ABATEMENT FOR 6327 CONLON AVE
TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2025 – 6:00 P.M.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Cerrito City Council will conduct a public hearing to determine whether certain premises situated in the City of El Cerrito, known and designated as 6327 Conlon Ave, constitute a public nuisance subject to abatement pursuant to Chapter 8.34.060 of the El Cerrito Municipal Code.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or thereafter, in the City Council Chambers, located at El Cerrito City Hall, 10890 San Pablo Avenue and available for viewing only using the video conferencing platform Zoom. Additional information can be found in the meeting materials at www.elcerrito.org/CouncilMeetingMaterials available at least 72 hours before the meeting.
