Please note this meeting will not be the typical format for a City Council meeting, this notice is being posted as a quorum of City Council Members are expected to attend and participate in discussion regarding city business. 10:30 AM ROLL CALL - CONVENE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
1. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
All persons wishing to speak should sign up with the City Clerk. Remarks are typically limited to 3 minutes per person and to items on the special meeting agenda only.
2. CITY OF EL CERRITO SACRAMENTO ADVOCACY DAY
Action Proposed: Members of the City Council will meet with the City of El Cerrito Lobbyist Firm and various state officials to discuss the needs of El Cerrito including representatives for the Senate Local Government Committee, Senator Arreguin, Assemblymember Wicks, and Caltrans.
