NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – EL CERRITO CITY COUNCIL
OUTDOOR DINING AND RETAIL SALES ORDINANCE
TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2026– 6:00 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Cerrito City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the Outdoor Dining and Retail Sales Ordinance. Exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
The Planning Commission recommended that the City Council amend Title 19 of the El Cerrito Municipal Code to amend Section 19.20.150, and repeal Section
19.20.160.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or thereafter, in Hana Gardens, located at 10870 San Pablo Avenue at which time and place any and all persons interested may be heard thereon. Additional information can be found in the meeting materials at www.elcerrito.org/CouncilMeetingMaterials available at least 72 hours before the meeting.
