SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS:
Mayor Pimentel announced that Council would be meeting in the Executive Conference Room pursuant to the items listed on the agenda.
1. Conduct Recreation and Parks Commission, Planning Commission, Arts and Culture Advisory Committee, Senior Citizen Housing Corporation Board, and Library Board of Trustees Interviews
Council conducted the interviews and appointed the following new members:
Recreation and Parks Commission:

Arts and Culture Advisory Committee:
Appointments pending and will be announced at the Regular City Council meeting on August 18, 2026.
