Agenda Item No. 4 .1: A public hearing to consider a resolution approving an Amendment to the Conditions of Approval for the Poppy Grove Apartments Project for a Parks and Recreation In-lieu Fee Deferral Request (PLNG22-051) (No Further CEQA Review Required)
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a Resolution:
1) Finding no further environmental review is necessary under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15162 (Subsequent EIRs and Negative Declarations) and Section 15183 (Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan, or Zoning) of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations (State CEQA Guidelines); and
2) Approving the Amendment to the Conditions of Approval for the Poppy Grove Apartments Amendment Project (PLNG22-051) to allow the Project to defer payment of the Parks and Recreation In-lieu Fee set forth in Elk Grove Municipal Code Chapter 22.40 to the issuance of building permit based on the findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval included in the draft Resolution.

il Member Hume requested Mr. Johnson consider submitting a testimonial as an applicant on their experience working with the City to meet prompt timelines.
