ity Council reconvened at 6:11 p.m. with all members present. Mayor Singh- Allen reported by 5 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh-Allen, Suen, Hume, Nguyen, and Spease), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to defend the litigation of the following two matters: 1) Oak Rose Apts LP, a California limited partnership v. City of Elk Grove, Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 34-2022-80004031, and 2) Ghesal Kabir v Crystal Mocek, et al. , United States District Court Eastern District of California Sacramento Division Court Case No. 2:22- cv-01855-TLN-DB.
ADJOURNMENT
