CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of March 22, 2023, to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen, Vice Mayor Spease, and Council Members Brewer and Suen.
Absent: Council Member Robles (Council Member Robles arrived at 5:08 p.m.).

There were no public requests to speak.
