CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of April 26, 2023, to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen, Vice Mayor Spease, and Council Members Brewer and Suen.
Absent: Council Member Robles (Council Member Robles arrived at 5:06 p.m.)
