Mayor Singh- Allen reported by 5 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh-Allen, Spease, Brewer, Robles, and Suen), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to defend the litigation of Scotty Christian v. Jason Miller, Elk Grove Police Dept, City of Elk Grove, et al., Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 23CV000777.
