CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of December 13, 2023, to order at 5:02 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh- Allen, Vice Mayor Spease, and Council Members Brewer, Robles, and Suen.
Absent: None.

There were no public requests to speak.

The City Council reconvened at 6:00 p.m. with all members present. Mayor Singh- Allen reported by 5 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh-Allen, Spease, Brewer, Robles, and Suen), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to: 1) defend the litigation of Maria Rogers v. Elk Grove Police Department, City of Elk Grove, Patrick Scott, et al., Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 23CV011353, and 2) defend the litigation of Kubra Bahadury and Baiza Bahadury v. City of Elk Grove, Korey James Williams, Kenny Williams, et al., Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 23CV011156.
ADJOURNMENT
With no additional business to conduct, the December 13, 2023 special City Council meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
