Mayor Singh- Allen reported by 5 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh-Allen, Brewer, Robles, Spease, and Suen), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to defend the litigation of Sherrie Prettyman v. City of Elk Grove, et al. , Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 23CV013422.
