Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of February 28 , 2024, to order at 5:03 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen, Vice Mayor Brewer, and Council Member Spease.
Absent: Council Members Robles and Suen (Council Member Suen arrived at 5:05 p.m.).
