CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of March 13, 2024, to order at 5:04 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen and Council Members Robles and Suen.
Absent: Vice Mayor Brewer and Council Member Spease (Vice Mayor Brewer arrived at 5:15 p.m.).

Mayor Singh-Allen reported by 4 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh- Allen, Brewer, Robles, and Suen; Absent: Spease), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to defend the litigation matters of Paula Carrie Rogers v. County of Sacramento, et al., United States District Court, Eastern District of California Case No. 2:24-CV-00475-TLN- CKD PS, and Jennifer Teodoro-Tristan v. City of Elk Grove, et al., Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 23CV010089.
