CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of April 24, 2024, to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen, Vice Mayor Brewer, and Council Member Spease.
Absent: Council Member Robles and Council Member Suen (Council Member Robles arrived at 5: 15 p.m. and Council Member Suen arrived at 5: 05 p.m.).

Mayor Singh- Allen reported by 5 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh-Allen, Brewer, Robles, Spease, and Suen), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to defend the litigation of Dai- Rong Zou v. Yvonne Denise Corbin, et al. , Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 24CV004644.
