Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of September 11, 2024, to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen, Vice Mayor Brewer, and Council Members Robles and Spease.
Absent: Council Member Suen.

The City Council reconvened at 6 :00 p.m. with Council Member Suen absent .
Mayor Singh-Allen reported by 4 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh- Allen, Brewer, Robles, and Spease, Absent: Suen), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to defend the litigation of Wesley Miyamura v. City of Elk Grove; County of Sacramento, Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 34-2021-00307281.
