CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of December 11, 2024, to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen and Council Members Robles, Spease, and Suen.
Absent: Vice Mayor Brewer.
CLOSED SESSION
There were no public requests to speak.
The City Clerk announced the following closed session item prior to the City Council adjourning to closed session at 5:31 p.m.:
A) CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8
Property Description: 10171 Grant Line Road, Sacramento County, CA (portion of APN: 134-0190-003)
City Negotiator: Jason Behrmann, City Manager
Ann Grava, Real Estate Program Manager
Negotiating parties: Tom Mahon, Mahon Family Partnership, a California General Partnership
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
The City Council reconvened at 6:01 p.m. with Vice Mayor Brewer absent .
Mayor Singh-Allen announced that no reportable action was taken in closed session.
