CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of August 13, 2025 , to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen, Vice Mayor Robles, and Council Members Brewer and Spease.
Absent: Council Member Suen.
CLOSED SESSION
There were no public requests to speak.
The City Clerk announced the following closed session items prior to the City Council adjourning to closed session at 5:31 p.m.:
